Let me be honest with you, I low-key don't even want to write about this place... because I freaking love this place and want to keep it my little secret. It is my little burger haven and while I am hesitant, it is just too bomb of a place to keep to myself.
SOHO Trademark Burgers.
Everything about this place just makes me so happy: the atmosphere, the simple menu, the owner's playlist, the price-point, the fuh-reaking amazing burgers, the beer. There is literally nothing I can say bad about Trademark.
"it is just too bomb of a place to keep to myself."
While I love me some SHAKE SHACK or other big brand restaurants, I value small, unique restaurants and cafes so much more. Something about the unique and one of a kind-ness of a small restaurant's decor or menu really makes me so happy because you're not only paying for good food, but for the conversations and really, the experience.

Personally, I always find myself feeling like my money is more worthwhile being spent in small no-name shops or hole-in-the-wall local cafes where items are one of a kind and I know the back story of the owner.
Finding these small treasures around the city is one of my absolute favorite hobbies.
Now, the part you've all been waiting for. THE FOOD.
I ordered the Trademark burger, the potato wedges and their signature lager - the Narragansett. The burger is hands-down, amazing. The taste took me back to summer picnics in the park and also made me wonder if Krabby Patties from Spongebob would taste like this burger - because it tasted perfect. Absolutely perfect. The savory, thick grilled meat, layers of fresh vegetables, the smoky taste of bacon and the tanginess of their signature sauce all come together to form the perfect burger.
And if you've never had the Narragansett lager before - this is the place to try it. It is the perfect combination with their burger. They also have a selection sides and milkshakes and they are all absolutely delicious. I tried their wedges and the strawberry milkshake and literally have not a thing bad to say. Just, delicious.
"I swear I could eat three of these in one sitting."
food: the best burger I've had yet in New York!
service: there's limited service since it's a tiny place, but the workers are always super chill
atmosphere: small, cozy, and unique.
Worth: probably the most affordable, quality burgers in Soho.
my tip: it's cash only!
Overall: 5/5, definitely worth the visit!
I really hope you get a chance to check out Trademark Burgers in SOHO, and when you do make sure to let me know how you like it! Or you might just find me there stuffing my face with burgers and a lager after a long day.
As always, thank you for reading.
